Camera de Comerţ şi Industrie a Municipiului Bucureşti a deschis un Birou de Reprezentare la Londra pentru a sprijini prezenţa economică a Bucureştiului şi României pe piaţa britanică.

Camera de Comerț și Industrie a Municipiului București a inaugurat un Birou de Reprezentare la Londra, menit să îmbunătățească comunicarea și colaborarea, sprijinind astfel expansiunea economică a Bucureștiului și României pe piața britanică. Biroul va fi condus de Liviu Manole și va reprezenta instituția în relația cu autoritățile și organizațiile relevante din Regatul Unit.

Obiectivul este de a furniza antreprenorilor instrumentele și conexiunile necesare pentru a se extinde pe piețele internaționale. CCIB intenționează să deschidă birouri similare în alte orașe importante, inclusiv Calgary și Chicago, până la finalul anului, și în Japonia și China până în 2026.

Liviu Manole a evidențiat potențialul României pe diverse sectoare economice, afirmând că rețelele de contacte sunt esențiale pentru atragerea de investiții. Relațiile româno-britanice sunt la un nivel record, iar România dispune de avantajele necesare pentru a atrage investiții semnificative.

La eveniment au fost prezenți E.S. Laura Popescu, Ambasador al României în Regatul Unit, Octavian Stocklosa, vicepreședinte al CCIB, și Cătălin Grigorescu, președinte al Secțiunii Politici Camerale.
